Utilities OnCall Tested by Avaya Developers and Awarded DevConnect Interoperability
OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 15, 2012 – Vocantas, a proven successful worldwide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) provider, announced today that their Utilities OnCall™ IVR is now a certified Avaya DevConnect product. With the Avaya certification, Vocantas customers can be sure their Utilities OnCall IVR will integrate seamlessly within the Avaya environment. Vocantas IVR solutions are database agnostic and continue to prove in real world applications that they integrate seamlessly with any existing telephony environment or database.

Prior to being accepted into the program, candidates must:
- Have reputable customer references, a sales channel and product support organization.
- Be in good financial health, as defined by Avaya.
- Have product(s) that are generally available in the marketplace or have product(s) or custom applications currently under development.
Utilities OnCall, a VBVoice IVR application, built by Vocantas, was successfully compliance tested with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.0.1 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.1 by Avaya's DevConnect Technical Team and officially accepted as compliant.
