WF Self-Serve: Allows employees to call in or text an absence or lateness and provide details regarding when they will arrive or return to work. In addition, WF Self-Serve with Punch functionality provides employees with the ability to punch in/out via interactive phone call and ability to transfer location of jobs
Emergency Notification: Informs staff to stay away from a facility (i.e., due to inclement weather) or recall staff to a facility
Notifier: Calls patients to remind them of their appointments and of any pre-appointment instructions, reducing no-show rate appointments
Surveys: Calls patients after they have been discharged from hospital. Patients are given instructions on post discharge care, typically the same instructions they were given upon leaving the hospital
Vocantas offers Utilities OnCall, which fields and redirects hundreds of calls that utility companies receive every day, and provides valuable information in real time about current outages, payment history and account status, while even allowing customers to make bill payments over the phone. The solution also handles all outbound communication, allowing utility companies to reach out to their customers and remind them of overdue payments, inform them of outages, and advise them of any weather conditions that may affect their service.
