New logo and tagline reflect over a decade of growth toward being more than just IVR
Ottawa, Ontario – June 4, 2015 – Vocantas is updating their logo and tagline after ten years of growth and development as a company. The former logo, which represented the company from its foundation in 2003, ties the company distinctly to the technology industry; pictured below, this logo – and its tagline “Voice Solutions that Listen” - tell the story that Vocantas is solely a provider of interactive voice response (IVR) solutions.
In the past decade, Vocantas has been on a journey toward communication solutions that are more than just interactive voice response. From automated relief shift scheduling in the healthcare industry, to collaborations within the higher education industry to reach out to students in a meaningful way, to complex integrations that allow us to offer more information in more ways to utility customers, Vocantas has become more than just an IVR company.
Our new logo represents the result of this journey toward more dynamic automated communication solutions and smart integrations. The new logo, pictured below, reflects Vocantas’ commitment to being more than just a technology company. The sleek redesign focuses on connection and communication and better represents our dedication to increasing the efficiency of our solutions and the efficiency of our customers’ operations. We aim to emphasize the power of efficient and meaningful connections with customers, punctuated by a bolder statement – that our solutions, though still retaining their foundation in voice communication, have become not only powerful in their efficiency, but flexible in their integration.
