The need to reach a large number of an emergency response team can be an overwhelming burden not only on the people trying to make the phone calls, but also on the phone lines themselves. Team OnCall provides a reliable solution for delivering a single, custom message to a pre-determined list of critical team members by telephone, email, cellular SMS etc.
Pre-established groups are easily created for a number of different broadcast scenarios enabling fast access when seconds count. Regardless of the number of people that need to be reached, Team OnCall delivers voice and text messages to the selected group—simultaneously in seconds—with a simple to use interface on a browser-based application.

Emergency Preparedness
When seconds count, all members of an emergency support team are notified immediately—enabling prompt action and eliminating the burden on those attempting to reach them. As each contact receives the emergency message, they are prompted to respond with their ability to react and provide their ETA. Team OnCall can automatically deliver notifications in sequence to contact numbers or devices in the Contact Database so if a Recipient is not available on the first device, the system will try the next device on the list and so on until each Recipient is successfully notified.
