How It Works: An Interactive Demonstration
This demonstration will help you conceptualize how Utilities OnCall ™ can help you expand your customer services offering and sustain a more balanced workload for your staff by freeing up their time and allowing them to focus on more complex tasks. You will also experience how well Utilities OnCall recognizes and responds to a wide range of responses, making it a user-friendly vehicle for your clientele.
Instructions:
Simply dial the phone number(s) listed. You will hear a brief introduction, and then the interactive demonstration will begin immediately. In the demonstration, you will be able to direct the call in any manner you wish.
Utilities OnCall Demo
- Dial 613-271-2962.
- This demonstration will simulate the full roster of what Utilities OnCall can offer:
a. Personal account information (Note: Bill payment is a demo only and does not actually update the account balance)
i. Test account #: 123456
ii. Test Credit card #: 510 510 510 510 5100
iii. Test expiry date: 1212
b. Meter readings
c. Outages information
d. Transfer (not activated to transfer anywhere, for option availability only)
! When sampling the interactive demonstration:
- All questions will require a YES or NO answer, or you can key in a response using the dial pad. (1 = Yes; 2 = No) Just as in real-world scenarios, the solution will accept most slang terminology, such as ‘yep’, or ‘nope’.
- To hear a question again, just say ‘repeat’.
- Speak directly into a handset or cell phone when responding to questions. This way answers can be clearly recorded into the solution.
- DO NOT sample the interactive demonstration using a speaker phone. Loud noises in the background can disrupt the solution.
The interactive demonstration can take up to 5 minutes in length, depending on the degree to which you engage the automated program.
